Tidebreaker
★★★★★ 4.5
Tidebreaker is calm in the best way. You sail between islands, solve environmental puzzles and slowly piece together what happened to the world. No combat, no pressure, just discovery.
The water tech alone is worth a look — reflections and currents actually affect how you navigate. Puzzles never got frustrating, they're the kind that click after a minute of looking around.
It's short, maybe six hours, but every hour is deliberate. We'd rather have this than a padded thirty-hour slog.
What we liked
